Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice New Accounts  — Credit card or prepay Foreign Accounts  — Prepay Please note that past due accounts will not be shipped.
Discount Schedule
Books & Recordings:  — 45% free freight (min 5)  — 25% plus freight (less than 5) Calendars:  — 45% free freight Returnable (5 min)  — 48% free freight Returnable (50 min)  — 50% free freight Non-Returnable (10 min) Libraries: Library discount same as trade.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped UPS or RPS unless otherwise instructed. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped the least expensive way. Please note that we will add shipping charges to all orders shipped to foreign countries.
Return Policy
Overstock returns will not be accepted sooner than 90 days, or later than 12 months, from date of invoice. To receive full credit, provide invoice number and date of order. All returned items must be current edition and in "as new" condition to receive credit.   Damaged returns: Claims for damaged merchandise, non-receipt, and/or request for proof of delivery (POD) must be made within 30 days.   Calendars are only returnable until March 1 of the calendar edition year.   Note: All returns are for credit only  —  no cash refunds are given. Customer pays freight on all returns. Prices are subject to change without notice.
